IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) Photorejuvenation
Description:
A handheld device delivers pulses of light to the skin to treat hyper pigmentation and redness caused by broken blood vessels and to improve skin texture and tone.
As with a laser, a mild wound response also promotes cell turnover and some collagen production.
Effectiveness:
Good, for skin blemishes and discoloration.

Undesired Effects:
Risk of redness, swelling, mild pain for 3-5 days. Some blistering, bruising, or flaking may occur.
